Curwen Group is able to take an alternative approach to Land Sourcing when compared to traditional forms of property development whereby we look to work alongside landowners in exploring the most appropriate use of their site. Depending upon the landowner’s ambitions and the sites specific location, we have the expertise to advise on the best possible strategy for an asset depending on our partners requirements.
We benefit from extensive funding from both private and institutional sources. We have strong relationships with our investor partners ensuring that Funds can be deployed quickly in order to facilitate fast acquisitions where required.
